Job Description

• Answer inbound calls and provide quality customer service
• Research customer questions regarding ATM and ACH claims and assist in EFT error resolution
• Provide customer service by giving accurate information about account and card transactions
• Provide call completion and / or alternate options for resolving a claim
• Handle all customer calls, despite the degree of difficulty, in a courteous and business-like fashion
• Accurately complete claims forms, taking action to protect the customer and the banks interests
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
• Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
